Entra has signed a new lease contract with Husbanken for approximately 750 sqm
in Schweigaardsgate 15 in Oslo. The lease contract has a duration of 10 years
starting from Q4 2024. Schweigaardsgate 15 is currently under redevelopment and
the project is now 93 % let.
