Energeia AS, a company closely related to Viktor E Jakobsen, Chair of EAM Solar
ASA (the "Company"), has on the 27th of May 2024 sold 27 835 shares in the
Company at a price of NOK 11.8924 per share (the "Transaction"). Following the
Transaction, Energeia AS holds 373 566 shares, representing 5.452% of the
outstanding shares in EAM Solar ASA.
