Citycon Oyj's new shares entered in the Trade Register

The 190,000 new shares issued in the directed share issue of Citycon Oyj have
been registered with the Trade Register on 28.5.2024. The new shares will carry
shareholder rights as from the registration date 28.5.2024.
After the registration of the new shares, the total number of Citycon Oyj shares
is 184,084,204 shares. The shares entered in the Trade Register will be admitted
to public trading on 29.5.2024.
