Building 87 apartments in Stockholm

AF Gruppen’s subsidiary HMB has been commissioned to build 87 apartments in
Nockebyhov/Bromma in the Stockholm municipality on behalf of Familjebostäder.
The contract amount is MSEK 178 excluding VAT. The project will be carried out
as a turnkey contract.

The project, known as Oldmästaren, involves the construction of 87 rental
apartments, six of which are specially adapted for people with disabilities. One
of the three buildings to be constructed is an environmental flagship project,
which means it will meet high standards for building materials and energy
efficiency. This building will be certified as Miljöbyggnad Guld (Environmental
Building Gold).

“We are pleased with the renewed trust from the customer, and we look forward to
starting this exciting project in collaboration with Familjebostäder,” says Bård
Frydenlund, EVP at AF Gruppen.

Construction of Oldmästaren is expected to begin at the turn of 2024/2025.
