Kontrari AS has on 27 May 2024 purchased 72,166 shares in Borgestad ASA (the
"Company") for a price of NOK 0.42 per share, and on 28 May 2024 purchased
732,918 shares in the Company for a price of NOK 0.42 per share. Kontrari AS is
represented on the Company's board of directors by Jan Erik Sivertsen. Please
