AYFIE: Ayfie Group AS – Investor Presentation and New Reporting Routines

Oslo, May 28, 2024: Ayfie Group AS (Ayfie, OSE: AYFIE), a leading provider of
advanced search solutions and AI technology, will be collaborating with partners
to achieve international scaling of Ayfie's products in the upcoming period.
Ayfie is set to tap into the new megatrend within AI and a growing
billion-dollar industry, where the company has resolved to undertake
international scaling in conjunction with partners.
The company already has several partnership agreements in place but is
concurrently engaging with many new potential partners.
Simultaneously, Ayfie's management will present the company to multiple
brokerage houses, with the first presentation scheduled for Tuesday, May 28, to
Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) Oslo Branch.
Furthermore, over the next few weeks, management intends to meet as many of the
current shareholders as possible, as well as potentially new investors, to
discuss how Ayfie is positioned to partake in the ongoing developments within
AI.
In this context, Ayfie has created an updated investor presentation, which will
serve as the basis for investor meetings. The investor presentation is attached
herewith. (in Norwegian)
As Ayfie is listed on Euronext Growth, the company is only obligated to report
key figures biannually, as opposed to the regular quarterly reporting for
companies on the main list.
Following a meeting with Oslo Børs, Ayfie has decided to report certain key
figures more frequently, and we will therefore provide updates at least once a
quarter to keep investors continuously informed about significant events. The
following will be reported:
• Individual sales of significance to the company, either with great potential
or important in other ways
• New partnership agreements
• Other commercial agreements that may impact the company
• Summary of customer numbers from partnership agreements
• Significant product development
• Changes in management
These updates will be issued as stock exchange announcements and will be in
