Protector Forsikring ASA has on 27 May finalised its buy-back program before end
date as the maximum amount of NOK 35.5 million defined in the program has been
met.

The total program comprised 148,513 shares repurchased in the market for a total
consideration of
NOK 35,499,999.74. The weighted average price for the shares was NOK 239.0363.
