(OSLO, Norway) — Crayon Group Holding ASA (OSE: CRAYN) today announced it has
been awarded a framework agreement with existing customer Statnett worth NOK 1.5
billion over eight years. The agreement covers the purchase of software,
software management and consulting.

“Statnett has a critical role in Norway by ensuring stable power across Norway
and technology is an essential part of Statnett’s success,” said Crayon CEO
Melissa Mulholland. “Statnett is making significant advancements with technology
and has chosen us as their strategic partner on this journey. We are looking
forward to contributing everything from procurement and training to the
management of their entire software portfolio.”

Statnett, which has 1,700 employees, is owned by the Norwegian Ministry of
Energy and is responsible for building, operating, and maintaining the Norwegian
power grid.
