Oslo Børs - Decision on admission to trading – Hermana Holding ASA

Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares of Hermana Holding ASA to trading on
Oslo Børs. If the company does not satisfy the requirements for Oslo Børs, the
company will be admitted to trading on Euronext Expand, provided that the
company satisfies the admission requirements for Euronext Expand.

The Company is granted an exemption from the requirement that the issuer must
have existed for at least three years prior to the date of the application for
admission to trading, cf. Oslo Rulebook II section 3.1.3.2. The exemption is
granted on the basis that the business has been carried out for over three
years, but in another legal entity.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of admission to trading
satisfies the admission requirements for Oslo Børs.

The CEO of Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than 23 July
2024.
