Sandvika, 24 May 2024 (OSE: NORCO): Mari Thjømøe, board member in Norconsult
ASA, has today 24 May 2024 through Thjømøekranen AS purchased 10,000 shares in
the Company at a price of NOK 30 per share. Following the transaction, Mari
Thjømøe, holds a total number of 31,052 shares in the Company.
