The following primary insiders in Morrow Bank ASA (the “Bank”) have today in
accordance with the Bank's share option plan exercised stock options as set out
below:

Eirik Holtedahl, Chief Financial Officer, has exercised options to subscribe for
28,569 shares in Morrow Bank ASA at a subscription price per share of NOK 1.00
plus a variable element equivalent to the social security tax at the date of
exercise of NOK 0.41 per share. Following the transaction Eirik Holtedahl and
close associates hold 2,492,107 shares, 14,963 stock options and 800,000
warrants in Morrow Bank ASA.

Henning Fagerbakke, board member, has exercised options to subscribe for 29,931
shares in Morrow Bank ASA at a subscription price per share of NOK 1.00 plus a
variable element equivalent to the social security tax at the date of exercise
of NOK 0.41 per share. Following the transaction Henning Fagerbakke and close
associates hold 511,847 shares and 15,340 stock options in Morrow Bank ASA.
