Energeia AS, a company closely related to Viktor E Jakobsen, Chair of EAM Solar
ASA (the "Company"), has on the 23rd of May 2024 sold 130 295 shares in the
Company at a price of NOK 10.636 per share (the "Transaction"). Following the
Transaction, Energeia AS holds 401 401 shares, representing 5.858% of the
outstanding shares in EAM Solar ASA.
