Advanzia Bank S.A. – Exercise of call option under ADBA02 PRO (ISIN NO 0010858970)

24 May 2024: Advanzia Bank S.A. (“Advanzia”) has today given notice of exercise
of its option to redeem all outstanding bonds under the bond loan Advanzia Bank
S.A. FRN Hybrid Tier 1 Perpetual Non-Cumulative Callable Bond Issue (ADBA02
PRO), with ISIN NO 0010858970.

The Outstanding Bonds will be redeemed at a price equal to 100% of the Face
Value for each redeemed bond (plus accrued and unpaid interest on the redeemed
bonds). In accordance with the terms of the bond issue, the settlement date for
the call will be 12 July 2024.
