offer set out in the offer document dated 23 May 2024 in respect of:

Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA made by SAS
Shipping Agencies Services Sàrl

Offer price: NOK 263.69 per share

Offer period: From and including 27 May 2024 to 16:30 hours (CEST) on 26 June
2024 (subject to extension)
