Invitation to Q1 2024 presentation and Q&A

Huddlestock Fintech AS ("Huddlestock") will publish its financial results for
the first quarter 2024 on Thursday 30 May 2024 at 07:00 CEST. The company's
Chairman of the Board, Øyvind Hovland, and the CEO Leif Arnold Thomas, will host
webcast presentations of the results in Norwegian and English on the same day,
followed by Q&A sessions.

Time and date: Thursday 30. May 2024 at 10:00 CET (Norwegian) and 12.00 CET
(English).
