Höegh LNG: Interim results for the quarter ended 31 March 2024

Hamilton, Bermuda, 23 May 2024 - Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. ("Höegh LNG") today
reports its interim financial results for the quarter ended 31 March 2024. The
group reported an EBITDA of USD 79 million for the first quarter of 2024,
compared to USD 78 million for the preceding quarter.
In the first quarter, Höegh LNG completed the refinancing of Hoegh Galleon and
commenced the commissioning of Hoegh Giant for FSRU operations in Santos,
Brazil. The commissioning was completed in April.
Subsequent to the quarter end, Hoegh LNG signed an agreement with Australian
Industrial Energy (AIE) and EGAS for FSRU deployment of Hoegh Galleon in Egypt
for an interim period between June 2024 and February 2026, after which the FSRU
is expected to be deployed to AIE's LNG terminal currently under construction at
Port Kembla, Australia.
