Energeia AS, a company closely related to Viktor E Jakobsen, Chair of EAM Solar
ASA (the "Company"), has on the 22nd of May 2024 sold 119 260 shares in the
Company at a price of NOK 12.364 per share (the "Transaction"). Following the
Transaction, Energeia AS holds 531 696 shares, representing 7.759% of the
outstanding shares in EAM Solar ASA.
