Oslo, May 23, 2024: Ayfie Group AS (Ayfie, OSE: AYFIE), a leading provider of
advanced search solutions and AI technology, has held an extraordinary general
meeting and decided to change the company name to Ayfie International AS. This
reflects the company's ambitions for international growth.
With the name change, the ticker on Euronext Growth will change from AYFIE to
AIX, after the name changes are registered in the Registers.
Ayfie is actively working to strengthen its international position through
potential partnerships with leading consulting firms, including Arribatec Group,
which serves 1700 clients and had a turnover of 573 mnok in 2023.
– We are already underway with deliveries to Arribatec's clients, where we help
them connect all their data sources and gather all information in one place.
This can be used for many purposes, such as generative AI applications,
including Copilot, for which there is currently a high demand, says CEO Herman
Sjøberg of Ayfie.
The company plans to increase staffing to support existing and new international
partnerships.
