Successful bond issuance

Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA (Moody’s: Baa2, stable) has today successfully
issued NOK 900 million in a new 6.25-year senior unsecured bond issue with an
annual fixed rate coupon of 5.17% (corresponding to 3 months NIBOR + 1.37%
p.a.). An application will be made for the bonds to be listed at Oslo Børs.

Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA has also issued NOK 150 million in the senior
unsecured bond with ISIN NO0013167072 (OLT151) with maturity 28 May 2029. The
issue was placed at a price equivalent to spread of 1.27 % above 3 months NIBOR.
The outstanding volume after the transaction is NOK 1,175 million.

Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA has also issued NOK 400 million in the senior
unsecured bond with ISIN NO0013076323 (OLT150) with maturity 23 February 2029.
The issue was placed at a price equivalent to spread of 1.23 % above 3 months
NIBOR. The outstanding volume after the transaction is NOK 1,200 million.

In conjunction with the new bond issuances, Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA has
bought back NOK 1,236m in OLT142 (with ISIN NO0011079790) at a price of 96.310%.


The settlement date for issues and buy-back will be 30 May 2024.
