JURISDICTION IN WHICH THE PUBLICATION, DISTRIBUTION OR RELEASE WOULD BE

Oslo, 22 May 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made
by Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI" or the "Company", ticker code "PUBLI") on
29 April 2024, where the Company announced the beginning of the stabilisation
period following the successful completion of the initial public offering of
shares in the Company (the "Offering").

The Company has received notification that DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank
ASA, acting as stabilisation manager in connection with the Offering, has
taken the stabilisation measures set out in the attached notifications with
respect to the shares of the Company.
