Oslo, 22 May 2024: The annual general meeting of Elliptic Laboratories ASA
("Elliptic Labs" or the "Company") was held today. The minutes of the meeting,
including appendices, are attached to this notice and will be made available
on the Company's website, www.ellipticlabs.com.

All items on the agenda for the general meeting were approved as proposed by
the Company's board of directors or the nomination committee.
