Edda Wind ASA – updated proxy form/VPS Investor services for Annual General Meeting

Haugesund, 22 May 2024: Reference is made to the notice sent on 8 May 2024
announcing the Annual General Meeting of the Edda Wind ASA on 29th May 2024 at
12.00 (CEST).

In the proxy form sent therein, item 10 (covering the election of the nomination
committee) did not reflect the full proposal by the current nomination committee
as Benedicte Teigen Gude was erroneously not included. This has been updated in
the attached (in Norwegian and English), which also will be circulated in VPS.
VPS Investor services has also been updated to reflect the same.

Shareholders that have already submitted their votes electronically are urged to
log in to VPS Investor services and update their votes to also cover this item.
