Building 141 apartments in Ås

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Moerveien AS
for the construction of apartments in Ås in Follo. The contract is a turnkey
project with a value of approximately NOK 400 million excluding VAT.

Moerveien AS is owned by Bakkegruppen and IK Gruppen.

The Fredheimkvartalet project consists of 141 apartments in Ås city center. The
quarter will have an urban identity with service and retail offerings at street
level.

secure this excellent project together with Moerveien AS,” says Peter Sandrup,

Construction work is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2024, and
Fredheimkvartalet is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026
