Kontrari AS has on 22 May 2024 purchased 18,681,811 shares in Borgestad ASA (the
"Company") for a price of NOK 0.4013 per share. Kontrari AS is represented on
the Company's board of directors by Jan Erik Sivertsen. Please see the attached
