Borgestad ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

As announced in the disclosure of large shareholding in Borgestad ASA (the
"Company") dated 21 May 2024, SES AS has on 21 May 2024 purchased 5,591,499
shares in the Company for a price of NOK 0.40 per share. SES AS is represented
on the Company's board of directors by Helene Steen. Please see the attached
notification form for further details.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to
