SpareBank 1 Østlandet (SPOL): Mandatory notification of trade - Savings programme

SpareBank 1 Østlandet has purchased 32,337 SPOL equity capital certificates at
weighted price NOK 136.54 for use in the group's savings programme for
employees. The accumulated holdings of equity capital certificates will be
redistributed to participating employees under the 2024 savings programme.
In addition, the Bank has purchased 9,099 SPOL equity capital certificates at
weighted price NOK 134.62 (“bonus ECCs”) for participants qualified under the
savings programme of 2022.

After this transaction the Bank owns 41,436 ECCs, equivalent to 0.04 % of the
total number of SpareBank 1 Østlandet’s ECCs.
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 4 January 2024 for more
information about the savings programme. Reference is also made to the stock
exchange notice of 21 March 2024, in which the authorization to buy back equity
certificates is included in the resolution from SpareBank 1 Østlandet's
Supervisory Board. Purchase of bonus ECCs is described in the stock exchange
notice dated 30 November 2020.
