Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at
12:00 (CEST) on 14 June 2024 at the registered office of the Company at Aragon
House Business Centre, Dragonara Road, St. Julian’s STJ3140, Malta.

The attached Notice of Meeting provides information on the matters to be
considered in the Annual General Meeting. The notice and the attached documents
are also available at river.tech/investor-relations/ and may also be accessed at
the Company’s registered address as indicated above.

All persons holding shares at close of business on 31 May 2024 and as registered
with the VPS at 17:00 (CEST) on 4 June 2024 are eligible to vote at the Annual
General Meeting.
