Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA: Conversion to ASA completed – new company name registered

Reference is made to the annual general meeting of Golden Energy Offshore
Services, which was held on Thursday 16 May 2024 (the “AGM”). The AGM resolved,
amongst other things, a conversion of the company from AS to ASA. Today, the
conversion has been completed and registered in the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises.

The new name of the Company is Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA.
