Correction of record date for annual general meeting

Reference is made to the notice of annual general meeting in Salmon Evolution
ASA (the "Company") to be held on Wednesday, 5 June 2024 at 10:00 (CEST). In the
notice of the annual general meeting that was announced and distributed by the
Company on 15 May 2024, the Company has by error stated the Record Date for
shareholders that wish to attend and vote at the general meeting to be 30 May
2024. The correct Record Date is however 29 May 2024, and only persons who are
shareholders on 29 May 2024 may accordingly attend and vote at the 2024 annual
general meeting.
