Sturle Valheim Skulevold to take over the role as CEO in SunSpearX from August 2024

Oslo, Norway – April 30, 2024 – SunSpearX is a joint venture established by
Norwegian Block Exchange (NBX), Hagal and Suniqon in March 2024. SunSpearX
builds a platform that enables access to profitable solar energy and battery
projects for private households, private and professional investors who want to
offset their own electricity consumption.

Sturle Valheim Skulevold steps down as COO at NBX after 6 years in the position,
and has accepted the position as CEO in SunSpearX. Sturle has been with NBX
since the foundation of the company, and was a part of the initial team that
migrated over from Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA.

“Sturle has been fundamental in building and leading NBX since the very
beginning, and even though he is not on the documents as one of the founders, he
in every way is. I am so pleased that Sturle will take the lead at SunSpearX
from August. With his experience and skills, SunSpearX will be a success.” says

Skulevold will take over the role as CEO in SunspearX from August 2024.

in the renewable energy sector.
