Herning, Denmark, 18 April 2024 - The Annual General Meeting 2024 was held
today. All the proposed resolutions were approved by the AGM. This includes the
re-election of Søren Eriksen, Jørn Rosenlund, Christina Aabo and Anne Kathrine
Steenbjerge to the Board of Directors and approval of the resolution to appoint
Yasuhiro Miyata a seat in the Board of Directors.
