Thor Medical publishes Annual Report 2023

Thor Medical ASA has today published its Annual Report for 2023, including the
ESG Report and Corporate Governance Report, as well as the Remuneration Report
for 2023.

The annual financial statements are also published in European Single Electronic
Format (ESEF).  

The reports are attached and also available on Thor Medical’s webpage
www.thormedical.no.  

The Annual Accounts were approved by the Board of Directors on 20 March 2023.
