Zaptec ASA: Appoints Eirik Fjellså Hærem as CFO and Deputy CEO

Eirik Fjellså Hærem has been appointed CFO and Deputy CEO of the leading
electric vehicle charging company Zaptec ASA, effective in his role from 1st
March 2024.

Eirik brings a wealth of expertise from his extensive background in the finance
and energy sectors in Norway and abroad. Since joining Zaptec in 2022, he has
played an integral role in the company's management team.
