Altera Shuttle Tankers L.L.C. - Fixed Income Investor Meetings

Altera Shuttle Tankers L.L.C. (the “Company”) has mandated Arctic Securities,
Danske Bank, DNB Markets, Nordea and SEB as Joint Bookrunners and Crédit
Agricole CIB as Co-Manager to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings
commencing 23 February 2024.

A 4-year senior unsecured bond issue of USD 100 - 150 million may follow,
subject to inter alia market conditions. Net proceeds from the contemplated bond
issue will be used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate
purposes.

In conjunction with the contemplated bond issue, the Company may offer a partial
buy-back of one or both outstanding bonds.
