ABG - Share transaction

Jan Petter Collier has on 21 February 2024 sold 715,000 ABG-shares to Sanden
Equity AS at a price of NOK 6.50 per share. Sanden Equity AS is a closely
related company to Jan Petter Collier.

Jan Petter Collier, incl. the closely related company Sanden Equity AS, owns
40,538,000 ABG-shares. The total number of shares owned is unchanged after the
transaction.
