Hunter Group ASA (the "Company") announced on 30 November 2023 the completion of
a NOK 21.5 million private placement through the issuance of 14,333,333 new
shares at the price of NOK 1.50 per share (the Private Placement). To ensure
equal treatment of eligible shareholders who were not allocated shares in the
Private Placement, the Company plans to conduct a subsequent offering of up to
6,666,666 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 1.50 per share (the "NOK
1.50 Offering").
The NOK 1.50 Offering will be made available to shareholders as of 30 November
2023, as registered in the Company's register of shareholders with Euronext
Securities Oslo (VPS) on 4 December 2023. The subscription period is expected to
commence on 16 February 2024, following approval of the prospectus from the
Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet). The subscription
period will last for two weeks. Oversubscription is permitted, and subscribing
shareholders are guaranteed a minimum allocation of their pro-rata shareholding
and will also be allocated any oversubscription on a pro-rata basis. Current
shareholders that did not own any shares on the aforementioned date will not be
eligible to participate in the NOK 1.50 Offering.
Additional information and exact dates for the subscription period will follow
the approval and publication of the prospectus.
