Nordic Aqua Partners AS: Tom Johan Austrheim appointed as new CFO in Nordic Aqua Partners AS

Nordic Aqua is pleased to announce Tom Johan Austrheim as our CFO. Tom Johan
Austrheim will take over the role from Hjalti Hvitklett, who will resume the
role as Finance Director with an increased focus on financial planning,
compliance, governance and projects.

Tom Johan Austrheim is coming from the position as CFO in Edda Wind ASA and have
held several CFO positions during his career. Tom Johan Austrheim is Siviløkonom
from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh and will have an important role in the
further financing and growth of the company, who now is in the process to move
from Euronext Growth to Oslo Stock Exchange main list. Tom Johan Austrheim will
assume his role as CFO no later than August 1, 2024.

Nordic Aqua has been through an impressive development, since it started as
"project" and are now getting prepared to move into the new phase as a fully
integrated Atlantic salmon farming company, with the objective to reach a
production of 20 000 tons in 2028. Beyond 20 000 tons Nordic Aqua could further
grow to 50 000 tons at the same site. The strengthening of the CFO department is
a necessary part of the medium- and long-term growth of Nordic Aqua.
