Kent Global plc.: Closing of sale of Kent Corporate Holdings Limited

Dubai, UAE, 31 January 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement made by Kent Global plc. on 1 August 2023, announcing that the
shareholders of Kent Corporate Holdings Limited, the parent company of Kent
Global Plc, had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Nesma & Partners
Contracting Company Limited for the sale of all shares in Kent Corporate
Holdings Limited.

All conditions related to the agreement have been met, and the transaction was
closed today, 31 January 2024.
