poLight ASA Features New Thorlabs Optical Cage System Products with Integrated TLens® at SPIE Photonics West 2024

Components Offer Ease-of-Design for Tunable Optics in Photonics Applications

HORTEN, Norway - January 30, 2024 -- poLight
ASA (https://www.polight.com/home/default.aspx) (OSE: PLT) will demonstrate
Thorlabs' (https://www.thorlabs.com/) new 16 mm and 30 mm cage plates with
integrated TLens® product, a proprietary polymer and piezo MEMS-based tunable
lens, in booth #5336 at SPIE Photonics West 2024 (https://spie.org/conferences
-and-exhibitions/photonics-west?SSO=1). The TLens® Silver Premium component was
integrated into Thorlabs' 16 mm and 30 mm cage plates, item numbers VL19S(/M)
and VL19S(/M), respectively. The tunable lenses can be controlled with Thorlabs'
Kinesis® K-CubeT piezo controller. The TLens® offers fast focusing capabilities
for laser systems and a focal range from infinity to 20 cm. For more
