Norwegian completes the acquisition of Widerøe

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 6 July 2023, in which
Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (“Norwegian”) announced its agreement to acquire
Widerøe AS (“Widerøe”), and to the stock exchange announcement 21 December 2023,
in which Norwegian announced the approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority
of the acquisition.

Norwegian has today completed the acquisition, becoming Widerøe’s sole owner.
The purchase price of NOK 1,125 million remains subject to certain adjustments,
to be finally determined at a later stage.
