As announced November 8 2023, Crayon Group Holding ASA put in place a non
-discretionary agreement with Danske Bank for the repurchase of shares in Crayon
Group ASA. The share repurchases started November 8, 2023.
On 18 December Crayon Group Holding ASA purchased a total of 9700 shares at an
aggregate price of NOK 85,11.
With this transaction the buy back program is completed.
