Iraklis Sbarounis, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, on December 13, 2023,
purchased 1,000 shares of the Company on NYSE at a price of USD 23.10 per share.
Following the transaction, Iraklis Sbarounis owns 3,500 shares in the Company.
