Kistos NL2 B.V. - Exercise of voluntary early redemption in full (Call Option)
of MEUR 90 Bond Issue and MEUR 60 Bond Issue
Kistos NL2 B.V. (the "Issuer") has today notified Nordic Trustee AS, as bond
trustee on behalf of the bondholders, of the exercise of its Call Option and
redemption of all outstanding bonds under the 8.75% senior secured EUR
90,000,000 bonds 2021/2024 with ISIN NO0010990575 (the "MEUR 90 Bond Issue") and
the 9.15% senior secured EUR 60,000,000 bonds 2021/2026 with ISIN NO0010998537
(the "MEUR 60 Bond Issue").
The Company will redeem the remaining principal amount (plus accrued and unpaid
interest to but not including the redemption date) under both the MEUR 90 Bond
Issue and the MEUR 60 Bond Issue at a redemption price equal to 102.50% of the
nominal amount for each redeemed bond, with redemption date 22 December 2023 and
record date on 20 December 2023.
