Treasure ASA: Liquidation of own shares

In accordance with the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting on 10
October 2023, Treasure ASA has today technically liquidated 517,771 own shares,
representing a reduction in the share capital of NOK 51,777.10.

The share capital after the capital reduction is NOK 20,472,266,30, divided into
204,722,663 shares with a par value of NOK 0.10 each.

Following the liquidation, Treasure ASA holds nil own shares. Updated Articles
of Association (Norwegian and English) are enclosed and will be published on
www.treasureasa.com.
