Questback Group AS – Closing of Transaction

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Questback Group AS
(the "Company") on 9 November 2023, announcing that the Company had entered into
definitive agreements for the sale of 75% of the shares in its operational
subsidiary Questback AS (the "Transaction"). The Company is pleased to announce
that the Transaction was closed today, 6 December 2023.

As previously announced, and in accordance with the resolution made by the
annual general meeting held on 30 November 2023, the Company will now proceed
with applying for a de-listing of its shares from Euronext Growth Oslo.
