Anders Gustafsson new CEO of NRC Group ASA

The Board of Directors of NRC Group ASA ("NRC Group" or the "Company") announces
the appointment of Anders Gustafsson as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Anders is a Swedish citizen with 30 years of industrial experience. He is
currently the President and CEO of Svevia. Before Svevia he held various
management positions at NCC. Anders holds a Master of Science degree in
Economics with Business Administration as the main field of study and an
Executive MBA from the University of Stockholm.

as the CEO of NRC Group. Anders has extensive industry expertise and brings
valuable leadership experience from Svevia and various executive positions at

Anders Gustafsson will assume the position as CEO of NRC Group at the latest 1
January 2024. Ole Anton Gulsvik, CFO, will act as interim CEO from 1 September
2023 until 1 January 2024 at the latest.
