Q-Free: Traffic Management - Extension of SaaS contract in the USA - MNOK 25

Q-Free has received a 12-month extension of a SaaS contract (reference to stock
exchange announcement 21 April 2022) with one of its statewide customers in USA,
providing cloud infrastructure hosting respective cloud support for Q-Free's
Advanced Traffic Management System solution until June 2024.
The agreement could be extended for several additional years.

The value of this contract will be recognized as recurring revenue.
