Hawk Infinity Software AS: Acquisition of Rushfiles A/S

Storegate AB, a subsidiary of Hawk Infinity Software AS has on June 22, 2023,
entered into a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of 85% of the shares
in RushFiles A/S. Cash consideration for the transaction is DKK 3.2m.

Based in Horsens, Denmark, Rushfiles offers multiple storage solutions and a
content collaboration platform for servicing a variety of partners. The company
was founded in 2012 and had revenues of DKK 7.9m in 2022.
