Desert Control AS - CFO resignation

Sandnes, Norway, 23 June 2023

Desert Control AS(DSRT) ("Company") informs that Marianne Vika Bøe has tendered
her resignation from her position as CFO in order to pursue opportunities
outside of the Company. She will embark on her new endeavors in August, and
Leonard Chaparian will take on the role of Interim CFO from 1. August 2023.
Marianne Vika Bøe is expected to remain available to the company during a
transition period following the effective date of her resignation. Leonard
Chaparian is a State Certified Public Accountant, Partner, and CFO of Region
Southwest at Aider and will take the role of interim CFO while the company
continues to assess the CFO role in the management team.
