Delisting procedure initiated

Oslo Børs has started the process for the delisting of DOF ASA’s shares from
Oslo Børs as the company’s shares are not any longer suitable for trading.

Oslo Børs received no objection from the legally appointed bankruptcy trustee to
delist DOF ASA’s shares from Oslo Børs.
